At 555 g for the front/back pair, the A-26 Hype Pro Plate Bags are the foundation of the Hype Pro system and a meaningful step forward from the A-25. The geometry on the front bag is new, redesigned from the A-25 shape specifically for better weapon shouldering. Your traps carry the same load; your rifle mounts cleaner.

The chest surface is now webbing only. Where the A-25 Hype used a laminate panel on the chest, the Pro runs Jacquard webbing across the front bag: no loop fabric, no LC panel, just strapping. That keeps the rig low-profile and ready for whatever front flap or placard you mount. Low-profile shoulder straps hold the concealed-carry capability intact. The buckle mounts on either side, swaps to AustriAlpin Cobra (sold separately), or comes off entirely. The rear bag zips into the industry-standard Zip-On ecosystem.

Plate & Soft Armor Compatibility

The A-26 Hype Pro Plate Bags accept SAPI/ESAPI plates in one universal size. Soft armor ballistic packages also install in the plate bags alongside hard plates, extending fragmentation coverage beyond the hard plate footprint.

System Integration

The A-26 Hype Pro Plate Bags are the core of the Hype Pro component kit. Every module below attaches to the bags or connects through them — build the system around what your loadout actually needs.

Side closure (sold separately): A-26 Hype Wide Tegris TUBES Cummerbunds and A-26 Hype Elastic Cummerbunds — not yet available on arsarma.net.

Chest placard mount (sold separately): A-26 Hype Pro Tegris Chest Panel — not yet available on arsarma.net. Previous-generation Tegris panels do not fit Hype Pro bags.

Load transfer (sold separately): The Hype Pro is a non-chassis system. To use telescoping struts with a battle belt, add the A-22 Half Harness Insert (Pair) — it provides the structural bridge between the bags and the struts. Pair with the A-24 Needletail Belt or A-19 Atlas Belt.

Ballistic protection modules (sold separately): A-21 Gorzhet Neck Protection, A-22 Plantain Abdominal Protection, A-21 Clover Groin Protection, A-23 Aylet Shoulder Protection, and A-18 ARS Groin Protection — all mount directly to the carrier.
